SET Family Medical Clinics is a faith-based 501(c)(3) organization that provides basic medical services and holisitc health programs to uninsured and low income people without discrimination. Our philosophy defines holistic health as caring for the entire person - body, mind, and spirit. This focuses on the premise that individuals can heal themselves by developing healthy attitudes, and patterns of behavior, and maintaining a healthy balance in their lives. Our goal is to Serve, Empower and Transform our clients to actively participate in their care and take responsibility for their total well-being.

SET Family Medical Clinics is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status. SET Family Medical Clinics was incorporated on September 3, 1991 by the State of Colorado. The completed Form 990 is available upon request.
