Family Clinic at St. Francis Health Center
This free clinic, with the help of volunteer health care professionals, provides basic health care to uninsured, under-insured and low income people without discrimination. Services include treatment of minor illnesses such as bronchitis, sore throats, earaches, eye infections, minor dermatological conditions, hypertension and diabetes. A limited number of school, day care and sports physicals are also available. SET does not offer OB/GYN, dental or mental health services. Click Here for more information on the Family Clinic.
Homeless Clinic at the Marian House
Provides basic medical care to the homeless and very low income population. The healthcare services are provided by volunteers doctors and nurses. There is also assistance for clients with connecting them to other healthcare resources. In addition to these services, SET provides personal hygiene products and conduct sock exchanges. Senior Well Being Clinics throughout El Paso County
The Senior Well Being clinics are held monthly at 10 HUD subsidized senior housing units, community centers and new in 2012, the Colorado Springs Senior Center. SET volunteers will review the history and current health of the seniors, providing health and social assessment, education and referrals. Children Immunization ClinicsImmunizations for children ages 4-18 Requirements: -Medicaid Eligible-Uninsured -American Indian or Alaskan Native All Children MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian and MUST bring their immunization records to the appointment for the children to be seen. SET since 2010. She has been served by SET’s medical and mental health services
and benefited from her providers communicating openly to create the best plan

have been a RN for 27 years, doing Oncology nursing for the last 20 years.
My boys were getting older and moving on to college and I realized I had
extra time on my hands. My boys worked at Marian House regularly for
scouts and to get service hours for St. Mary’s. I had heard they had a
homeless medical clinic there and it sparked my interest. I started
volunteering over a year ago and have LOVED the clinic. It is the neatest
atmosphere. Truly, everyone that I work with really love being there.
